Step by Step Procedure to withdraw your money through Online.

EPF rules allow to withdraw amount from your EPF account for various reasons.Its includes Outbreak of Pandemic COVID-19 , Construction of House,Non-receipt of wages >2 months,Natural calamities,Purpose of Handicap equipment,Illness and Power cut and Marriage,Higher education etc. 
Outbreak of Pandemic COVID-19 can apply advance only once allowed.For Higher education and  marriage purpose,total service is need to less than 84 months.and EPF provide advance for continuous unemployment for above 1 month.The important criteria in your advance PF withdrawal before retirement is only above 5 year of service individual can apply 90% of their contribution in PF. 

Document Required for Apply PF Advance.

EPF Withdrawal claim will not ask any documents,but the scanned copy of cheque/Passbook has to be uploaded on the EPF member portal.The scanned document copy should be JPG and JPEG file of minimum 100 kb to maximum 500 kb size only supported for upload.Bank account number,IFSC Code and name of applicant should be visible on cheque and scanned image should be readable.If your scanned image of cheque/Passbook not readable,the claim is liable to be rejected.

The minimum requirement for claim PF amount.

  • Your EPF account must be KYC compliant.
  • UAN (Universal Account Number) must be activated.
  • Aadhaar number must be linked with your UAN.
  • Aadhaar details should be matched with your details belongs to UAN.
    • Bank account number and IFSC code should be correct with linked UAN.
    • Aadhaar linked mobile number should be active.you will get a OTP while applying EPF.

    Step by Step Procedure to submit PF withdrawal claim Online.

    1. Go to Member e-SEVA Portal using this link.https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/
    2. Enter UAN number, password and Captcha code to Log in to your account.
    3. Click on Online service menu and follow pull down menu Claim(Form -31,19,10C&10D).
    4. A new window will open after click on Claim(Form -31,19,10C&10D).
    5. Enter the correct Bank account number linked with UAN and click on Verify button.
    6. After the bank account number verification,you should confirm the term and condition of EPFO by clicking YES button.
    7. Then click on "Proceed For Online Claim" box.
    8. Next page you will get a drop down menu for select the reason for applying PF withdrawal.If you are applying before retirement you will get on "PF Advance" Option only.The eligible option only show here.
    9. If you are applying for an Advance,the purpose of advance should be selected as explained above and enter the amount of advance, if you looking for PF Advance.
    10. After selection of reason for withdrawal/Advance,You should enter your correct and complete address.
    11. Upload the scanned copy of cheque/Passbook in the option "Choose File".Ensure your scanned copy of cheque/Passbook should be as per the instruction given by EPFO Portal and also mentioned above.
    12. Accept the terms and condition and Click on "Get Aadhaar OTP".
    13. You will get a OTP on your registered mobile number with Aadhaar.
    14. Enter the OTP,then your PF claim will be directly submitted to EPFO.

    How to Track Your Online Claim Status.

    After the Submission of your PF claim application,you can track the status of  Claim.Log in your EPF account and click on Online Service and select "Track Claim Status".
    EPFO will process your online application if your all data matches with EPFO and credit the money to your linked bank account with aadhaar directly.
