How to make crispy fried Corn|Crispy corn Recipe.

Ingredients for the Recipe.

  • Sweet Corn 1 cup.
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp.
  • Salt ½ tsp.
  • Red Chilli powder ½ tsp.
  • Oil for Frying.
  • Green chillies 2 finely chopped.
  • Coriander leaf 2 tbsp finely chopped.
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp.

Step By Step Recipe:

  • Boil 1 cup of sweet corn in any vessel for 10 mins.
  • Once cooled drain the water completely and shift the corn to bowl.
  • Add 2 tbsp corn flour, salt ½ tsp, red chilli powder ½ tsp.
  • Don't dd water. Mix properly till the powder combines with the corn.
  • Deep fry the mixed corn in the oil.
  • It may splutter a bit while frying so do it in medium flame and keep a lid 3/4 closed and stay away from pan. 
  • Cook for 2 - 3 mins.
  • Remove the crispy corn once fried and add in a bowl.
  • Add 2 Green chillies finely chopped.
  • Add 2 tbsp coriander leaf finely chopped.
  • Add lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • Ready to serve crispy & tasty corn. Have with hot tea/coffee/Green tea.
